This is a classic Scaramanga upcycled lamp based on the vintage Patt 137 theatre floodlight by Strand Electric.

In the industry, the Patt 137 is known as the Baby Floodlight. It was introduced in 1957. Interesting at its launch it had a price tag of £3 10/- plus bulb.

Fabricated from pressed steel body, with sprung-closed hinged lid for colour runners.

The light is mounted on a lovely waxed solid elm wooden base.
